Brasserie Boemvol brings the Belgian brasserie back to life with a modern twist. Nestled on the iconic Beursplein, this vibrant new spot by Nonante Folies celebrates la brasserie rêvée des Belges: warm, generous, and full of character.

Designed by Studio Zazie Maquet and brought to life by Open Soon, the interior mixes classic elements, wood, marble, banquettes, with bold color and playful energy. Many materials were reclaimed and repainted, giving the space its unique, colorful vibe.

From the towering built-in cabinet behind the bar to vintage stained glass and a reimagined candy cabinet.
